The link lists "Featured Links" and "Social Links" display in both the header and footer.

Content > Link Lists > "Footer Tagline"

This list should only contain a single link.  The name displays as the tagline text and the image displays as a thumbnail to the left of the text.  A recommended size for the thumbnail image would be no larger than 42px by 42px.
