The default subpage contains four "Sections" in the sidebar. The first and third of those sections will show the section and include the "section" name as a title that the user will see. The second and fourth will hide the title. You can effectively create your own title by beginning your "section" content with text that has the "Heading 2" format. You can pick and choose which of the "section" containers you want to use. (i.e. You can choose to only use "Sidebar 1" and "Sidebar 3" and they will be rendered seamlessly on your sidebar)
