The "Top Links" appear in the top right of every page.

The "Top Links" are controlled by the "Link List" manager. The "Link List" manager can be found under the "Content" tab in the main navigation.

Find and click the "Link List" titled "Top Links".

To add a new item, click a green "+" on the right side. To edit an existing item, click the pencil icon to the right of the item you want to edit.

Enter the desired name into the "Name" field.

Enter the desired link destination into the "Link" field.

Click "Save" to save your changes.
