In Ekklesia > Content > Pages > click to edit "INDEX"

The Index(home page) content is displayed centered as a welcome message below the rotator. You can update the 'What To Expect' button with any text you choose, and you can select the location to link to in your site. Highlight the 'What To Expect' text, click insert/edit link from the content editor tool box, the Link List drop down menu allows you to select your link location.
